Everything you need to know about driving with Clearwater.
You are guaranteed a minimum of GHS 20,000 gross per month (approximately GHS 12,100+ net after typical expenses like fuel). Top performers earn GHS 21,000+ net monthly. The minimum is your floor—your upside is unlimited based on the deliveries you complete.
You need a water truck with at least 5,000 liter capacity, a valid commercial driver's license, a smartphone with a data plan, and the ability to commit to at least 20 hours per week. We verify all drivers before they can start receiving dispatches.
If your delivery earnings don't reach GHS 20,000 gross in a month, we make up the difference. It's your safety net during slow periods. This guarantee applies to full-time drivers.
No, we offer flexible arrangements. However, the GHS 20,000 minimum guarantee only applies to full-time drivers. Part-time drivers (minimum 20 hours/week) earn based on deliveries completed without the income floor guarantee.
Payments are made weekly via mobile money based on all the orders you've delivered. No more chasing customers for payment or dealing with cash. Your earnings are transferred directly to your mobile money account every week.
