Field Service
Representative
Be Clearwater's ambassador on every customer visit — the friendly, professional face who upholds our values and service standards on every delivery.
Role Purpose
Make every delivery one our customers can count on
The Field Service Representative plays a vital role within Clearwater's operations team, supporting the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of treated water to customers across Accra. Working alongside the Tanker Driver, you provide hands-on support across all tanker operations — from metering supervision and treated water handling through to on-site customer liaison and adherence to Clearwater's internal compliance procedures.
You'll ride along with one of our drivers each day as their partner on the road. The driver focuses on getting the truck where it needs to go safely. You focus on everything that makes the experience feel like Clearwater: greeting the customer, walking them through the delivery, supervising the metering on our app, and making sure the truck, equipment, and water meet the standards our customers expect.
The Field Service Representative is an ambassador for Clearwater on every customer visit, upholding the company's values and service standards at all times. This is one of the most visible and important roles in the company — every customer relationship runs through you.
Who This Is Really For
You're someone who genuinely enjoys working with people. Maybe you've worked at a shop, a restaurant, a hotel, a telco, or any job where customers walked away happier because of how you treated them. You take pride in doing things right — being on time, being polite, being thorough — with the kind of attention to detail that meter readings, cleaning logs, and compliance paperwork demand. You're comfortable using a smartphone and learning a new app. You're looking for a real job at a real company, with steady pay and a chance to grow into something bigger.

Why This Role
A real job at a company that's going somewhere
Clearwater launches in Accra in June 2026 with seven trucks, and we expect to grow to more than forty trucks within the first year. The people who join us early — and do the job well — are the people we'll promote into team lead, dispatcher, training, and field operations roles as we grow. There's real room to build a career here, not just earn a paycheck.
We're paying above what most entry-level customer service or delivery jobs in Accra pay because we want to attract people who take real pride in their work. In return, we'll invest in you: training, equipment, a clear path forward, and a team that treats you like a professional from day one.
If you want a steady job, fair pay, and the chance to grow with a company that's making something meaningful for Accra — we'd love to meet you.
